The drive up has windy roads and can be a bit steep, so take your time and be careful! If you have a larger vehicle you may need to do a 3-point turn in order to get into the parking space in the shared driveway. There are many other cabins in this area that are also being used as short term rentals. An abundance of trees provides some privacy, though everyone is in a bit of a close proximity to each other. Please keep that in mind while considering booking and have consideration for your neighbors during your stay. Bears have been known to come by the area from time to time - if you keep your distance and keep your excess trash in the bear cage around the back of the cabin, you shouldn't have any problems. For this reason, we also ask that you leave your furry friends at home.

This was a very awesome experience, everything was great from start to finish! I asked for the house to be decorated and there was no hesitation on that and it was beautiful. There was great communication from start to finish. I have nothing bad to say about this because everything was great!

I am very pleased with my stay at Jenn and her husbands cabin. Our favorite part of the Cabin was definitely the enclosed porch with the hottub. The weather was a little rough our second night there but the porch provided us perfect relaxation and protection while watching the storm pass. hearing the thunderstorm in the mountains is something else. Absolutely amazing! everything about our stay was fantastic and we definitely will be booking again.

Absolutely beautiful place. Even with a cabin behind you itwas definitely worth it. you feel like you are on the mountain by yourself. very nice drive in. Not har to find. Very clean. we will definitely stay again!

Great cabin! It was absolutely perfect for my birthday getaway! Far enough away to feel secluded but not too far from all the attractions. Definitely recommend to anyone and would 100% go back! (Jenn was great!)

If it’s snowing and you don’t have a 4 four wheel drive there is a place to park at the bottom do not try to go up the hill the walk isn’t bad. Very peaceful and cozy definitely would return!

Best ever hosts for a lovely, romantic and peaceful retreat just minutes from the excitement of all the bustle in town. It was all we expected and more than we dreamed. We didn't need a thing that wasn't provided. Loved the hot tub! And saw snow. Glad we had the 4 wheel drive, though our Subaru could have made the climb. While at the cabin we felt like we were the only two people in the world! Jenn is a pro hostess and makes you feel right at home! We will be back.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful it was remote and peaceful but within 10 mins drive to Pigeon Forge and nearby shops and restaurants. The cabin was beautiful and spotless with the most comfortable bed and the host provided everything you would need for your stay. We especially loved sitting on the porch swing looking at the beautiful scenery will be coming back very soon and will miss the cabin! Amazing stay!

Took our first vacation as a family with our one year old, perfect place for us to stay with plenty of room for the 3 of us. Hosts were super friendly in their communication and were clear on all information and instructions. Would love to come back and stay again!

Find us

The last 10 minutes of your drive to Ridgecrest Retreat is a scenic drive through some windy roads. The final 2 minutes of your drive are fairly steep and curvy. Please drive carefully and be respectful of others driving on narrow roads. 4 wheel drive is definitely recommended in the winter months.
